Add your Microsoft 365 email account to the Samsung Email app for Android. Please only use this guide if you’re planning to add a text-based email signature. 
On your mobile device, go to the Google Play Store and install the Microsoft Outlook app. Like all apps on your device, your email app saves data and cache files on your phone. Right-click the OneDrive icon in the system tray. It should come up with your computer and all PCs under your name. Open the Outlook app on your phone or tablet. Gmail comes bundled with every Android device, and it’s one of the most popular email apps available on mobile. On newer Android devices, look for “Cloud and accounts> Accounts” or “Users & accounts” under your phone settings. On Android devices, Outlook will enforce screen lock rules. If you are not using Office 365, Outlook 2016 (excluding the msi-version) or Outlook 2019, you’ll need to obtain an App Password to be able to connect again to your account in Outlook Desktop or when using a mobile mail app which uses the EAS protocol. The Outlook app may become unresponsive, suddenly closes, or disappears when you launch it. If they are set up as standard they can't look at your stuff.
